Communications Director Robert Mills
Communications Director is responsible for developing overall communication plans, collaborate with church leadership, and ensures all communication reflects the church's mission and brand; oversees creation of newsletters, social media posts, website content, videos, print materials, and promotional graphics; manages the church website, social media platforms, email marketing and potentially live-streaming/broadcasts; maintains consistent branding, voice, and visual identity across all communications; works with various ministries to support their communication needs and event promotion; leads, trains, and supports communication staff and volunteers; oversee technical aspects of audio/visual for services and digital content capture (photos, videos).
Director of Finance Jason Garcia
Director of Finance manages the church finances and bookkeeping for the church. Director of Finance handles all financial matters of the church, financial health and stability, lead budgeting process with all ministries, develop financial forecasts quarterly and monthly, identify and manage financial risks, manage financial statements with Vision Keepers members, develop all accounts payable and receivable, oversee giving records and capital campaigns, and serve as key advisor to Vision Keepers and board.
Director of Benevolence Ministry Muzale Benard
Director of Benevolence Ministry identify and understand the needs of church members and wider community; distribute food, clothing and household items, assist members and wider community with financial assistance to pay for housing, utilities and debts; offer spiritual guidance and connect people to support services, coordinate volunteers for church community projects, and link individuals with community organizations and other ministries.
Payroll Clerk Andrew Weinburg
Payroll Clerk gather and verify church employee timesheets and enter payroll information in database and software, wage and deduction calculations, issue paychecks and set up direct deposits for employees, record keeping, and prepare reports for earnings, taxes and deductions for the Director of Finance and Board of Directors.
Director of Integrity Director, Family and Discipleship Ministry Jennifer Hobson
As Director of Integrity, she serves as the primary overseer of ethical standards, financial transparency and spiritual alignment for the Operation: Identity Launch. She works with Bishop and Office of Honesty and Transparency to ensure that the Legacy Blueprint is executed with honesty, protecting the church from envy and discord of external critics, maintain and implement code of ethics, handle conflicts with volunteers and staff, and safe-guarding. work with the data analysts and graphic designer to review disbursements from Homelessness Financial Relief Program and Emergency Assistance Program. prepare integrity reports for Bishop Hobson and Board of Directors to show donors how tithes and offerings are used, oversee verification process of Operation: Identify Launch, and providing confidentiality of sensible records. As Director of Family and Discipleship Ministry, she develops spiritual kinship program with members and visitors, support networks for members and visitors, oversee Sunday experiences at Sunday Services, Bible Study services, bible classes and seminars. She design bible study and discipleship tracks, teach the biblical foundations of tithing and offering, and encourage and track attendance before and during services, facilitate support groups and help people and members break the cycles of poverty instability.
Graphic Designer Kyerra Bush
As Graphic Designer, she manages the church branding for seminars and community outreach for homelessness and needy, and digital and social media presence. Create marketing materials and flyers, prepare impact reports for programs and initiatives, design materials for workshops.
Veterans Outreach Ministry Dr. Thedia Samara
Identifies, connects with, supports veterans, conduct field outreach, manage cases, organize events, and build networks with local organizations to support transitioning service members; offer spiritual counseling, prayer, and listening services to veterans and their families; represent the church at veteran service organization meetings and events; plan and host fellowship opportunities; actively seek out veterans in need within the congregation and local community; recruit and train church volunteers to assist with outreach efforts.
Vine Ministry Scott Nance
