The Senior Pastor of the church since 2014. Responsible for the spiritual oversight and overseer of the congregation, preach at bible study and Sunday services, provide counseling, mentorship, and lead Bible study sessions and Sunday services for homeless individuals and members; establish committees, advisory boards, ministries, and onboard board members to support community outreach efforts; handle administrative tasks in offices while facilitating Homelessness Roundtable meetings, deliver Bible classes and seminars monthly; host press conferences and public speeches on church programs, operations and community development; host couples retreats and bible classes each month; sign final budgets and legislation after approval from the board and committees. 
  • Focus: Expansion, mentoring people in the path of righteousness to God, ending people corruption and sinning,  and biblical obedience

Church secretary are responsible for administrative and clerical support, acting as the office manager, receptionist, and liaison, handling phone calls, emails, visitor greetings, scheduling, record-keeping (members, finances, events), preparing bulletins/newsletters, and assisting pastors and staff with daily tasks to ensure smooth church operations with discretion and friendliness. 

Special Assistant to Housing and Homelessness Prevention                                                                                                                                                                                                    Joshua Gbaryea     

Special assistant manages intake, provides intensive case management (budgeting, life skills), connects people to resources (rental assistance, legal aid), liaises with landlords and agencies, performs housing inspections, tracks data in HMIS, and advocates for policy changes to prevent homelessness and stabilize housing for vulnerable populations.

Senior Advisor provide expert, strategic guidance and mentorship to leaders and teams, focusing on long-term goals, problem-solving, and enhancing organizational effectiveness through analysis, strategy development, and project leadership, often filling skill gaps or acting as a key confidant for executives like the CEO.

The Elder providing wisdom, guidance, and spiritual leadership by teaching doctrine, mentoring members, mediating conflicts, overseeing community well-being, and preserving traditions, acting as spiritual parents and leaders, leading meetings, caring for the sick, training leaders, and ensuring the community stays true to its values.

Global and Digital Outreach Pastor provides local evangelicalism with international engagements, executes church digital evangelicalism strategies, coordinates international mission partnerships and support, oversees ministry to immigrant and international communities.

Executive Pastor handles implementation of the church vision and leading operations, oversee strategic initiatives, directly supervisor of all pastors and administrative staff, implement and staff review with Director of Finance to manage budget process, make sure church and financial practices are compliant, meeting preparation, and work with the Bylaws and Rules Committee on laws and rules for the church.

Communications Director is responsible for developing overall communication plans, collaborate with church leadership, and ensures all communication reflects the church's mission and brand; oversees creation of newsletters, social media posts, website content, videos, print materials, and promotional graphics; manages the church website, social media platforms, email marketing and potentially live-streaming/broadcasts; maintains consistent branding, voice, and visual identity across all communications; works with various ministries to support their communication needs and event promotion; leads, trains, and supports communication staff and volunteers; oversee technical aspects of audio/visual for services and digital content capture (photos, videos).

Director of Finance manages the church finances and bookkeeping for the church. Director of Finance handles all financial matters of the church, financial health and stability, lead budgeting process with all ministries, develop financial forecasts quarterly and monthly, identify and manage financial risks, manage financial statements with Vision Keepers members, develop all accounts payable and receivable, oversee giving records and capital campaigns, and serve as key advisor to Vision Keepers and board.

Director of Benevolence Ministry                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Muzale Benard

Director of  Benevolence Ministry identify and understand the needs of church members and wider community; distribute food, clothing and household items, assist members and wider community with financial assistance to pay for housing, utilities and debts;  offer spiritual guidance and connect people to support services, coordinate volunteers for church community projects, and link individuals with community organizations and other ministries.      

  • Focus: Decrease poverty and homelessness, manage food pantry and clothes closet, manage the Emergency Assistance Program

Payroll Clerk gather and verify church employee timesheets and enter payroll information in database and software, wage and deduction calculations, issue paychecks and set up direct deposits for employees, record keeping, and prepare reports for earnings, taxes and deductions for the Director of Finance and Board of Directors.

As Director of Integrity, she serves as the primary overseer of ethical standards, financial transparency and spiritual alignment for the Operation: Identity Launch. She works with Bishop and Office of Honesty and Transparency to ensure that the Legacy Blueprint is executed with honesty, protecting the church from envy and discord of external critics, maintain and implement code of ethics, handle conflicts with volunteers and staff, and safe-guarding. work with the data analysts and graphic designer to review disbursements from Homelessness Financial Relief Program and Emergency Assistance Program. prepare integrity reports for Bishop Hobson and Board of Directors to show donors how tithes and offerings are used, oversee verification process of Operation: Identify Launch, and providing confidentiality of sensible records. As Director of Family and Discipleship Ministry, she develops spiritual kinship program with members and visitors, support networks for members and visitors, oversee Sunday experiences at Sunday Services, Bible Study services, bible classes and seminars. She design bible study and discipleship tracks, teach the biblical foundations of tithing and offering, and encourage and track attendance before and during services, facilitate support groups and help people and members break the cycles of poverty instability.

As Graphic Designer, she manages the church branding for seminars and community outreach for homelessness and needy, and digital and social media presence. Create marketing materials and flyers, prepare impact reports for programs and initiatives, design materials for workshops.

The Vision Keepers shall be the governing body of church responsible for the spiritual oversight, strategic guidance and legal stewardship of the church assets and operations. 
  • Focus: Church Financials, annual budgets, managing tithes and offerings, project budgets, handle grants and donations from foundations and donors, contracts. 

Homelessness Prevention Review Board                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Community and Homelessness Outreach

Homelessness Prevention Review Board oversee and coordinate efforts aimed at preventing homelessness within our community. The board work in collaboration with local organizations, government agencies and community members to provide comprehensive support and resources to individuals and families at risk of homelessness. the Board help assess the needs of individuals and families at risk of homelessness within the community, develop and implement strategies to prevent homelessness, including emergency assistance, housing support, and financial counseling; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of homelessness prevention programs and initiatives; advocate for policies and practices that support homelessness prevention at local, state and national levels while protecting our automatic tax exemption from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to prevent lobbying to government and politicians on the issue of homelessness and homelessness prevention.

  • Focus: Reducing and ending homelessness and poverty long-term in communities

Bylaws and Rules Committee                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    The Oversight Council 

Committee members of the church interpret and pass laws for the church; manages and keeps state, federal and local documents for the church on file for the church. The committee have subcommittees to better manage operations for the church in a legitimate way, such as Subcommittee on Church Ethics, Sexual Harassment and Discrimination and Pandemics. The committee deals with salaries and benefits, performance evaluations, employee and volunteer policies, harassment and makes recommendations. The committee provides financial management and auditing for its operations. The committee will handle personnel matters. The Subcommittee for Church Ethics provide discriminatory action for church members, Board of Directors and staff, pursue and read investigations from law firms and attorneys, handle violations of bylaws and regulations for the church, keep business and personal tax returns on file, audit nonprofit rules and regulations to prevent violations of rules and regulations from the state, local and federal government. The Subcommittee for Sexual Harassment and Discrimination provides discriminatory action for church members accused or witnessed sexual harassment, discrimination and assault; handle members and nonmembers sexual assault, harassments and discrimination.  The Subcommittee on Pandemics provide reports and oversight on current pandemics and provide action plans during times of community and global pandemics that affects the church.  The Subcommittee for Church Governance makes sure the board governs effectively, provides board education, makes recommendations for church offices and operations, proposes policy for board of governance and operations, oversight of board evaluations, develop and implement board orientation process. The Subcommittee for Sexual Assault and Rape reduce unwanted pregnancies and abortions in low-income and minority communities, help rape victims dealing with previous and present sexual sexual assaults, and help individuals wrongly accused of rape and sexual assault. 

  • Focus: Interpret and enforce church laws and make sure church is compliant with the state and federal government

Community Well-Being and Crisis Response Team provide comprehensive support and compassionate care to individuals and families facing crises; promoting mental, physical and spiritual well-being through collaborative approach ensuring that no one in our community faces crisis alone.
